Built to solve the problem most of the industry has accepted.

CannaVerte started with a simple observation: the most valuable thing in a cannabis plant gets destroyed in processing. The mission has been the same ever since — preserve everything, waste nothing.

"The entourage effect isn't a theory — it's how cannabis actually works. Every process that strips compounds away to make processing easier is selling both the plant and the consumer short."
— Chad Currin, CannaVerte

Licensing & Operations · CannaVerte

Chad Currin brings hands-on experience in cannabis operations, licensing, and business development to CannaVerte's territorial expansion. Having worked through the operational realities of cannabis processing — the cost structures, the compliance burdens, the margin compression — Chad understands exactly what operators are up against when they evaluate new technology.

CannaVerte was built around one core insight: that the extraction-free processing gap in the market represents a fundamental opportunity, not just an incremental improvement. The machine, the process, and the licensing model were all designed with the operator's economics first.

Chad personally handles every territory discovery call and licensing conversation — because territory selection and operational fit aren't decisions that should be made through a sales funnel.

Why CannaVerte exists.

The cannabis processing industry has been largely defined by a technology that was borrowed from other industries — solvent extraction. It works. But it's expensive, complex, hazardous, and destroys a significant fraction of the plant material that operators paid to grow.

More importantly, solvent extraction is inherently reductive. You extract specific compounds and discard the rest. The result is an ingredient — distillate — that is chemically simpler than the original plant material. And a growing body of research suggests that simpler is worse, not better, when it comes to therapeutic and consumer efficacy.

CannaVerte's founding question was: what if the process started from the assumption that the plant is already right — and the job of processing is to preserve it, not reduce it?

The result is a dry process that works with the plant's natural lipid chemistry to create water solubility without solvent intervention. Patent pending. Commercially deployable. Designed to fit inside an existing operation.

The Problem

Traditional extraction destroys 20–35% of material and strips the compound profile that makes cannabis therapeutically effective.

The Research

Deep investigation into the Entourage Effect and the role of terpenes, flavonoids, and minor cannabinoids in clinical outcomes — and what a preservation-first process would require.

The Breakthrough

Development of the dry lipid binding process — a proprietary mechanical method that converts oil-soluble cannabinoids into water-soluble powder without any solvents or chemical intervention.

Patent Filed

Patent application filed with the USPTO. The process, machine design, and output specifications are covered under the pending application.

Territorial Licensing Launched

The licensing program opens. First-mover operators can now secure exclusive territorial rights before the category reaches mainstream awareness.

The principles behind every decision at CannaVerte.

🔬

Preservation Over Convenience

Every process decision starts with the question: does this preserve or destroy? Convenience that degrades compound integrity is the wrong trade.

🤝

Operator Economics First

CannaVerte was designed around what makes business sense for the operator — not what makes the technology impressive. The $175K startup cost is deliberate.

🗺️

Controlled Expansion

Deliberate limits on license issuance protect the value of every existing licensee's territory. Growth that degrades partner economics is growth we don't want.

📞

Honest Conversations

Every territory assessment is a real conversation about fit, not a sales pitch. If CannaVerte isn't right for your operation, we'll tell you.
